It appears to be all but confirmed as the Australian classifications board has listed the video game tie-in to Guillermo del Toro’s upcoming blockbuster film. It looks like Warner Brothers Interactive will be publishing the game and Yukes will be developing it. Yukes is the team behind WWE ’13 and Real Steel so they do have experience with fighting games – as this appears what the Pacific Rim game will focus around. Woo Woo Woo You Know It, it’s time for the annual WWE release with WWE’13, developed by Yuke’s and published by THQ. The game was released on October 30th for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii consoles. The game is the second of the WWE series of games but the fifteenth overall in the combined series. This review is based on my experiences with the Xbox 360 version of the game. The question now is should you go smell what WWE’13 is cooking? Or avoid it like the rebranding of ECW in 2008.
