Check Out ‘If My Heart Had Wings’ Release Trailer

Posted on July 27, 2013 by Les Major

Dating Sims are a genre that is too few and far between, at least that’s what I’ve thought over these years. In general, they take romantic storylines and put you in control of their outcome. Usually with a lot of drama along the way.

MoeNovel has released If My Heart Had Wings in English and you can check out the trailer after the break. Even though the game is censored to only focus on the romance aspects and keep the sexual content out of the game, this still looks like a fun story to explore. Of course too, with beautiful artwork!Read More

Screenshots From Private Battlefield 4 Alpha Surface

Posted on June 9, 2013 by Rae Michelle Richards

Electronic Art’s latest Battlefield game isn’t exactly a secret, in fact when the game was unveiled a few months ago they treated us all to over ten minutes of in-game footage taken from the single player campaign.  What is concerning is that someone has leaked almost a dozen screenshots from an internal Alpha build right before E3. While none of the details presented are confirmed, these screenshots hint at some exciting new features for this military franchise.

As others have pointed out, a few screenshots in the gallery make allusions to enhanced knife, gun and character customization. BF4 may also include changes to the squad re-spawning system as well, raising the amount of players in a Squad to five. Only one new map is featured in the Alpha multiplayer trial – titled “Siege”, appears to take place in Shanghai.

Obviously these screenshots come from an unfinished internal alpha build, several areas like vehicles and environment lack finished texts and post-processing. Are you excited for Battlefield 4? Let us know in the comments, and check out a partial gallery after the jump.

Nvidia Announces Their Own Handheld

Posted on January 7, 2013 by Les Major

In surprising news from Nvidia’s CES press conference, the graphics card maker will be releasing a handheld that is not only running on Android, but can also stream PC content right to the devices 720p 5″ display (which is also a touchscreen). Code-named Nvidia Shield  boasts a camshell design that seems to close down with the area above the screen resting on the controllers dual joysticks. The handheld is based on the new Tegra 4 mobile chip and should last for 5-10 hours of battery life. It also features a MicroSD slot, micro USB, and an HDMI output.

The big draw seems to be the PC gaming focus which Nvidia shared would work well with Steam’s Big Picture mode to navigate the store without having to go back to your PC. There is no price point released yet.
