Posted on July 21, 2016 by Fionna Schweit

So, if you have been following Escape from Tarkov at all, you know its been plagues with slowness, developer problems, and a severe lack of information. Well, Battlestate Games has released a new screenshot pack from its in-development title Escape from Tarkov. So, now you can look at how pretty it is. You know, because gameplay is less important than graphics. Battlestate Games says the new screen shots are from the Alpha, presumably meaning that the game is at least in a partly finished state. The screen shots show the area “The Customs”. In “The Customs” most of the abandoned or occupied

Party Hard delivers slow methodical action | Review

Posted on July 20, 2016 by Fionna Schweit

Do your neighbors annoy you? Do you like killing? If you answered yes to either of these, you might like Party Hard. Ill set the stage for you. You’re a masked serial killer just trying to get some sleep. Its 3am and your neighbors are really, really, loud. So you kill them, all of them, while they party. That’s basically the whole game. But its all wrapped up in a really great package of pixely carnage action. It also has a ton of environmental things to play with. So Enviroment + killing + stupid neighbors = a fun action game.

Mountain lets you look at all sides and the more you look, the more it grows. What sets this mountain apart from other games? A game that offers no control of the outcome, but draws you in.   Mountain was created by David O’Reilly and is a relaxing simulator where its art is defined as not just art, but art horror. Why is it considered

Posted on July 17, 2016 by Erika

Command & Conquer Beta Title
Broken Bootlegs is a weekly series covering unlicensed games (also known as bootleg games) for mainly 8-bit and 16-bit consoles. This week’s edition covers something that could have really interesting: a Command and Conquer beta for the Sega Genesis! I’ve played a few RTS games over the years, and love the heck out of em. Myth 2, and the Age of Empires series immediately comes to mind, but there’s one series that I have yet to play: Command and Conquer. While this beta is in a very incomplete state, it can give players a small look of how the original

Great news for the thousands of Pokemon trainers here in Canada who have side-loaded Pokemon Go on to their device in order to catch’em all – you no longer have to fear the ban hammer as Pokemon Go has been officially launched in Canada. It is no wonder that some estimates pegged Canada as having a 6% side-load rate.
