Pokémon Sun and Moon Reveals More Pokémon

Posted on October 14, 2016 by Joshua Rust

Late last week, Nintendo announced that they would release a demo for Pokémon Sun and Moon. If you Poke-fanatics were to download that, you’ll get Ash-Greninja during the demo and be able to transfer it over to your game when it releases. This week, Nintendo has announced a couple more Pokémon that will appear in the upcoming game. The first of the new Pokémon announced is Silvally, the evolution of Type: Null – who could quite be one of the most unique Pokémon to date. Silvally Type: Normal When Type: Null gains a partner it can trust, it deliberately destroys the restraining

Overwatch’s ‘Junkenstein Revenge’ Fills A Much Needed Gap

Posted on October 13, 2016 by Rae Michelle Richards

Blizzard released the first major Overwatch update since August’s summer games and not only does Junkenstein’s Revenge bring some pretty epic Halloween collectables to the game but it also shows that the game could use more story-driven PVE content, something the initial release of the game completely lacked. After putting in two complete evenings into the mode and securing several of the new loot boxes, I’d like to share some of my thoughts on Blizzard’s take on the popular horde mode. What Is Junkenstein’s Revenge This Halloween themed brawl takes inspiration from Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein and classic horror movies in order to transport a

Paper Mario: Color Splash | REVIEW

Posted on October 12, 2016 by Les Major

Color Splash Intro
Paper Mario Color Splash is a comical and nostalgic entry in the franchise that almost takes on a 90’s PC adventure game vibe. With less emphasis on RPG elements in this release it may feel awkward at first, but it’s a worthwhile journey to take. Some of the set pieces along the way really make for great additions to the story. Other reviewers have touched upon some of the great moments like the Pirate Ship and Haunted Inn. Much of this content is decently lengthy and encourages exploration which really adds to that classic adventure game feel. I couldn’t decide

Ninja Usagimaru – The Mysterious Karakuri Castle | REVIEW

Posted on October 12, 2016 by Jason Nason

I like puzzle games, and there is something inherently satisfying when a puzzle game is also an action-platformer. Playing through many of the 3D Zelda games is a testament to just how popular this type of puzzle game can be. Ninja Usagimaru – The Mysterious Karakuri Castle is a side-scrolling puzzle platformer which combines the need to solve a physical puzzle in the level with also reaching the goal. While the game has all the markings of a fun game, the controls and responsiveness of the game are a little but clunky and it makes the experience of playing as
