MSI Announces Their Geforce 1080 GTX Graphics Cards

Today hardware manufacturer MSI announced their version of the Geforce 1080 – based upon Nvidia’s brand new Pascal architecture. The card’s full name is the “Geforce GTX 1080 Gaming X 8G” and while that is a mouthful it is befitting for a card that boasts an architecture that by all available benchmarks will set a new standard for high-end cards. BlazBlue: Central Fiction Releases this Winter on PS4/PS3

Aksys Games and Arc System Works announced on Friday that BlazBlue: Central Fiction will be released this Winter in North America physically and digitally on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. BlazBlue: Central Fiction is the newest installment in the BlazBlue franchise in the 2D fighting series. The game will feature a brand new story, new characters, levels, modes, and system mechanics, and there will be over 33 fighters to choose from.

AMD’s $199 Radeon RX 480 Graphics Card is VR-Ready

Welp, its a good year for graphics cards. First we have the whole set of NVida 10xx cards which are more powerful than the current hi end 1000$ cards that with a price point of about half. Now it seems that AMD is not going to die quietly and from their skunkworks comes the announcement of the new RX480 at just the tiny tiny price of $199USD. Stop, wait a minute, 200USD?! for a VR ready GPU? The Radeon RX 480 is scheduled to launch on June 29, with a model that is certified to power the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift.

Law Breakers releases Killer Verticality trailers

Starbreeze Buys Rights To Payday Franchise From 505 Games, Ends Microtransactions

Starbreeze Studios the developers behind the popular Payday series have announced a deal with former publisher 505 games that would see Starbreeze acquire the full rights of the Payday franchise in exchange for $30 Million USD of stock. The next game in the franchise Payday 3 is currently under development as the terms of this  deal will see 505 & Starbreeze split revenue from the console versions of Payday 2: Crimwave Edition until their [505’s] marketing / promotion costs have been recouped and Payday 3 released. ESA, Major Publishers, Hardware Vendors Bring A Slice of E3 To The Public

Is Xbox one VR real?

ArsTechnica is reporting that they have a source who is telling them that a major publisher currently planning to release a new virtual reality game on the Xbox One in 2017 and that game will be shown at e3. This is a pretty big report.
