Footage of LucasArts’ Cancelled Darth Maul Game Leaked

The recently shuttered LucasArts had a last generation title in production centered around Darth Maul – the Sith lord who will ever been linked with one of the few awesome fight scenes in the prequel trilogy and of course double bladed light sabers. Footage from an unfinished build has made its way on to YouTube, alongside details in the May issue of Game Informer.

Atelier Escha & Logy Now On Store Shelves

Tecmo Koei’s long running Atelier series gets another release stateside with the announcement that Atelier Escha & Logy has shipped to retailers for the PlayStation 3. This latest iteration offers more than just the usual Atelier trimmings we’ve come to expect – aside from gorgeous graphics and adorable characters – Escga & Logy also bring with them the new imbue system. This system allows players to customize their weapons and armour by amending a wide variety of properties.   Want to take a look at how Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes compares between console generations? Well, wonder no longer because Konami has released a two minute comparison video that shows us the differences between the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game. Alongside this visual comparison, Konami also revealed the resolutions and frame rates for each version. Next Generation players on either platform will be able to enjoy Ground Zereos at 60 frames per second but there are some caveats – only the PS4 version will run natively at 1080p. On

Irrational Games Closing, Ken Levine To Focus On Digital Games

In a surprise move that sent shockwaves throughout the gaming community earlier this week, Irrational Games founder Ken Lavine has announced that the studio will be downsizing from its current format as an AAA studio to one with just fifteen members. Considering the critical and financial success both the original Bioshock and last year’s Bioshock Infinite have enjoyed this move might seem out of left field, but Mr.Lavine has attempted to explain the rationale behind this decision in a rather lengthy blog post. New Features Trailer for FF X/X2

SQUARE ENIX today released the New Features trailer for FINAL FANTASY X/X-2 HD Remaster. The game features completely remastered visuals, updated music, and new content. FINAL FANTASY X/X-2 HD Remaster will available on March 18 as a single disc bundle available on the PlayStation 3. The collector’s edition for the PlayStation 3 system will be sold exclusively at the Square Enix Online Store for $79.99.

Swordplay Shown In Hellraid Dev Diary

Perhaps one of my most anticipated titles for 2014, yes I’m not like most other people, is Hellraid. From the studio that brought us Dead Island and Dead Island: Riptide, comes a dark fantasy twist from Techland with the awesome gameplay that made the Dead Island franchise so popular. Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark Announced

Today at the New York Toy Fair Activision announced a new Transformers video game, presumably to coincide with the release of the next Transformers movie, titled Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark. With unfortunate layoffs at High Moon Studios, it appears that the new Transformers game will be in a new developers’ hands: Edge of Reality (whom is most memorable for The Incredible Hulk tie-in). Worms Battlegrounds Announced By Team17

The extremely popular Worms games are getting ready to make their next-gen debut on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Worms Battlegrounds is the next title that will be released in the Worms franchise. Rambo the Video Game Gets UK Release Date

Reef Entertainment announced yesterday that RAMBO THE VIDEO GAME will be released in EUROPE on February 21st, 2014. The game will be released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC.
