Alongside the release of the original Capcom will also bring Dead Rising 2 and it’s spin-off Dead Rising 2: Off The Record to PS4 and Xbox One as well. Sony Clarifies Stance On PSVR Game Compatibility: Not All Games Will Work With Dualshock 4

Posted on July 15, 2016 by Rae Michelle Richards

Excited PlayStation fans have been wondering for a while whether or not PSVR titles will indeed be fully playable with the DualShock 4. After issuing a statement earlier this week that all PSVR games would support play through a ds4 controller, Sony has amended their statement. Now they say that some games will require the PlayStation Move controller while the majority are fully playable with the Dualshock Controller. Here is the newly revised statement: “Nearly all PlayStation VR titles will support DualShock 4 controllers, and several games will deliver an enhanced experience that further immerses gamers with the use of

Posted on July 15, 2016 by Rae Michelle Richards

Valkyre Drive: Bhikkhuni is a brand new third person action game coming to the PlayStation Vita this September and some of the staff involved in the game may be familiar with our readership – the creators of the popular Senran Kagura series. The game’s publisher has revealed a special pre-order bonus for players who decide to pick up a physical copy of Valkyrie Drive. With a focus on third-person real-time combat Valkyrie Drive is going to feel a niche that doesn’t get much attention in the portable space – anime action titles designed specifically for handhelds.  There is bound to

ASSAULT SUIT LEYNOS AVAILABLE NOW on ps4

Posted on July 13, 2016 by Fionna Schweit

One of the many titles I got the chance to see at PAX east was Assault Suit Lynos. A game about mechs, flying, destroying things, and well not much else. Now  publisher Rising Star Games have brought this love letter to mechs to PS4. I loved the 2d flat arty take on mechs that I got to play at Pax East, and it looks like from the launch trailer that that action is still there. Based on the legendary classic 16-bit series (also known as Target Earth), the Assault Suit series is famous for fierce and fast shooting action, a tactical variety

Grand Kingdom (PS Vita) Review

Posted on July 3, 2016 by Erika

Grand Kingdom Logo
NIS America has released some of my more favorite strategy RPGs over the years with the Disgaea series, and now Grand Kingdom is one of those potential games. Instead of bogging down a player that wants to get into the game quickly with a long, sprawling story, it’s pretty straightforward. The player is the leader of a band of mercenaries and contracts out services to the highest bidder. When put like that, it doesn’t sound too intimidating of a game. The backstory consists of the land of Uldain being in turmoil due to four warring kingdoms, and mercenaries are trying

Posted on June 28, 2016 by Les Major

Last Monday was nothing short of amazing! As part of a small group of media we were able to visit an exclusive event at The Rogers Center in downtown Toronto. That’s right, the exact field the Toronto Blue Jays play at became a fantastic spectacle to highlight Traveller’s Tales upcoming new LEGO Star Wars release. We entered to the familiar John Williams score, making our way up into the TD Comfort Clubhouse to enjoy an all star treatment while being some of the first in Canada to play the new game.

Turtle Beach announces Elite Pro headset at E3 2016

Posted on June 24, 2016 by Fionna Schweit

I don’t usually consider the thing that sits on my head while I am gaming a premium piece of hardware. Usually it’s just whatever headphones I use for editing video or audio. Turtle beach wants to change that with their newest set of headphones, the Elite Pro headset. The Elite Pro sells for $200USD and Turtle Beach have pulled out all the stops making this one. E3 2016 with Turtle Beach The first thing turtle beach said to us was that this headset has been designed with “competitive gaming” in mind. I was a skeptical, but when Turtle Beach sat me down
