GameStop Accidently Ships Pirated Game Just In Time For Christmas

It’s frustrating when someone gifts you a game you’ve waited months for only to find out you’re one of the unlucky few who have a defective product. What would your reaction be if it turns out you were gifted a pirated copy of a game by mistake? Just in time for the Christmas holidays Nintendo Europe has unveiled a brand new update for Super Mario Maker that brings three brand new costumes to the level building title. If you boot up Super Mario Maker on Christmas Day you can score yourself a pretty sweet costume featuring everyone’s favorite adventuring fungus, Captain Toad.  All you have to do is complete a special event course to unlock Mario’s little buddy. Nintendo Dampening Expectations For This Most Recent Direct Was the Right Move

Nintendo’s decision to post a notice on the Nintendo Direct official website outlining that they had no plans to discuss the NX or Mobile during today’s broadcast was absolutely the right move. Usually dampening your fan bases expectation for such a high profile event like the return of Nintendo Directs would be a bad thing but I feel that it helped Nintendo focus solely on the message that the Wii U and 3DS have a lot of life left in them heading into next year.

Nintendo Direct to be on November 12

A new Nintendo Direct is going to be held on the 12th at 2 PM PST, only two days from now. The link is already up and can be found here. Wii U Emulator Cemu Update Brings Faster Game Loading A few weeks ago the world’s first Nintendo Wii U emulator Cemu hit the scene and now the program’s developer has released version 1.01 which brings with it enhanced loading times and graphical improvements. If you are expecting to play the latest Nintendo releases on your PC with Cemu you might be a little disappointed. However, the emulator does support encrypted disc images which means that testers have got games like Mario Kart 8 and The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD to load up until their “press start” screens.
