Konami bringing New Yu-Gi-Oh! Game to 3DS this summer

Konami announced today that it will release new Yu-Gi-Oh! titles across a number of formats in 2016. In readiness of the series’ 20th year, Konami will bring the Yu-Gi-Oh! series to mobile devices with a new mobile game called Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links. The title will be followed up by a new game for the Nintendo 3DS platform in the summer. Konami will also release a new online game for consoles and PCs in the winter while the popular console game Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist and mobile game Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Generation will both receive receive major updates.

Final Fantasy, Mario Kart see Virtual Console Release in Japan

Three notable games were released on the Virtual Console in Japan today, and all for the Wii U. Mario Kart 64 (N64), Super Mario 64 DS (NDS), and Final Fantasy I · II Advance (GBA) were all released. In North America Mario Kart 64 is available for the Wii Virtual Console for 1000 Wii points and Super Mario 64 (N64) was released for the Wii U Virtual Console, but this will be the first digital release for Final Fantasy I · II Advance, which was originally released Game Boy Advance in 2004.

Donkey Kong and Slam Bowser Skylanders Get Individual Release

Today, Activision announced that two all-new standalone Nintendo SuperCharged Combo Packs for Skylanders Superchargers for the Nintendo Wii, Wii U, and Nintendo 3DS. Last year, Activision joined up with Nintendo to release exclusive Skylanders for their latest game Superchargers. The team up brought Donkey Kong and Bowser to Skylanders Superchargers as guest stars. These special characters were previously only available with the starter pack of the Wii, Wii U, and 3DS games so if you didn’t want to buy one of each you were out of luck. Now, you’re in luck!

It was just over a year ago that I sat here reviewing the original The Legend of Dark Witch. I enjoyed that game and it got a pretty good review as a result. New Images and Trailer for Final Fantasy Explorers

Square Enix has released a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming Nintendo 3DS action role-playing adventure Final Fantasy Explorers. The action-packed video showcases different ways players can experience Final Fantasy Explorers, whether they go solo, or in a party as four friends in multiplayer mode, to battle the realm’s most powerful monsters. Hackers Get Full Windows 95 To Work On New 3DS

Dolphin Emulator Progress Report Released

Next Wave of amiibo Available for Pre-Order

The next wave of amiibo and Animal Crossing amiibo cards have popped up online for preorder. They are available online at Best Buy so far, but aren’t showing available on either Walmart.ca or Amazon.ca. They are scheduled for release on January 22nd. Now available to preorder are Resetti, Blathers, Kicks, and Celeste from Animal Crossing as well as Lucas from Super Smash Bros. Splatoon’s Free Content To Dry Up Next Month

Nintendo’s take on the competitive shooter, Splatoon, has managed to stay fresh for the past seven months thanks to a steady stream of free content – including new maps, outfits and weapons – since it launched this past May. Pokken Tournament Gets Its Own Controller In North America
