Twilight Princess HD: GameCube Vs. Remake Trailer

Posted on February 22, 2016 by Rae Michelle Richards

How does a game originally designed for hardware released nearly fifteen years ago fair against an updated version built for modern hardware? This is the question that the latest trailer for Twilight Princess HD asks as the Wii U and GameCube go head to head. Nintendo’s 2006 GameCube swansong / Wii launch title The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is about to make the jump to the 8th generation of consoles with the release of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD for Wii U on March 2nd. Word Puzzles by POWGI | Review

Posted on February 19, 2016 by Jason Nason

I enjoy puzzle games, though most of my puzzle solving comes from puzzles built into other game genres. From problem solving and deduction like the Ace Atorney games, or figuring out a logic puzzle in Resident Evil, puzzles are usually relegated to mini-games in other titles. With Word Puzzles by POWGI for the Wii U and 3DS, they take centre stage. Word Puzzles by POWGI is a bare bones word puzzle game. The game has a very simple presentation, with minimalistic visuals and some subtle background music to keep you going. The game has a very black and white look

Sadame comes to the Nintendo 3DS eShop next week, and developers Rising Star Games have published a video trailer for the upcoming action-RPG title. Rooted in the duty, discipline, and honor so entrenched within the way of the warrior (bushido), the Samurai is an absolute master of sword wielding and melee attacks. As one of four playable characters, the Samurai is closest to the warrior or “tank” character archetype – lots of health and the ability to deal lots of up-close damage. The Samurai is capable of two types of attack disciplines: using massive individual swords to inflict high amounts
