I’ve decided to split this off from the regular weekly Nintendo Download to give a little more of a deep dive into each newly added item to the eShop sales list. So what’s been on sale previously will have the same list you remember, but new entries will also have more detail at the top of the page. Please note that all of the below prices are shown in USD. Upcoming 7th Dragon DLC detailed

SEGA detailed today some of the upcoming DLC for 7th Dragon III Code: VFD, which will be released for the Nintendo 3DS on July 12th. In addition to the purchasable content, a free in-game bonus item will be available at launch that will delight those who think anthropomorphic talking bunny plushies are cute. And who doesn’t?? The Nagamimi doll will be free for forever, and provides some…unique voice interactions between it and whatever voice actor you selected for your protagonist. of the 40 there are to choose from. PokéPark Wii and Contra III coming to Virtual Console tomorrow

Nintendo has two Virtual Console releases due tomorrow, with one a Wii title hitting the Wii U and another a SNES title being released exclusively for the NEW Nintendo 3DS. The first is PokéPark Wii: Pikachu’s Adventure, which was released for the Wii in North America in 2010. Compete in a variety of exciting Attractions using the Wii Remote controller. Circle considering new import from Arc System Works

Circle put out word on their social media accounts yesterday to gauge interest in a new game they are considering publishing. The game in question is a resource and simulation game where you collect materials and develop your little town into a bigger one. The game follows some of the staples of the genre, from collecting wood and stones in order to build buildings and other items, though without the attacking of other camps like in Warcraft. Rynn’s Adventure: Trouble in the Enchanted Forest launches in Wii U eShop May 26th

The release date for Rynn’s Adventure: Trouble in the Enchanted Forest has just been announced, with the game hitting the Nintendo Wii U eShop on May 26th. Developed by Canadian developer Arcane Four Studios, Rynn’s Adventure is a 2D platformer game in which the player guides Rynn through a variety of environments teeming with magic and danger. The player will help Rynn combat the many enemies she encounters and outwit each of their fearsome generals. Rynn will eventually face off against the evil wizard himself in order to free her parents and ultimately save the Enchanted Forest and its inhabitants.

Yo-Kai Watch 2 coming to North America on September 30th

Nintendo announced today that the Yo-kai phenomenon will continue later this year. With a third game on the way in Japan, the second game will be released in North America for the Nintendo 3DS on September 30th. Developed by LEVEL-5, Yo-Kai Watch 2 offers the same deep RPG gameplay and wacky adventures as the first game. The new adventure also offers many new areas to explore outside of Springdale, more than 350 new Yo-kai, a new-and-improved in-game Yo-kai Watch and even the ability to travel back in time! Book of Unwritten Tales 2 comes to Wii U in June

Help them fulfill their destiny. A destiny as yet unwritten. The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 is coming to the Nintendo Wii U on June 7th, 2016. The sequel and is a point and click adventure which was funded via Kickstarter back in 2014. The game was initially released on steam, but was ported to PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One were in September 2015.

Could Nintendo movies be coming in the near future?

In February this year, Shigeru Miyamoto said because Nintendo sees itself as an “entertainment” company, he was not opposed to the idea of bringing Nintendo franchises to the big screen. Now an interview with Nintendo CEO Tatsumi Kimishima reportedly has shed some light that the company plans to release a new movie in the next 2-3 years. In an interview with Japan’s Asahi Shimbun, as translated by Kyle McLain on Twitter, Kimishima reportedly offered some new details on Nintendo’s movie plans.

Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson | Review

Let’s be honest. It was the girls that first drew me to this game. Just like other video games where “giggle physics” has become a thing, I liked the look of the girls in the game. What can I say. But beyond the look of the girls themselves, Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson is a fun game to play. Parallel to the look of the girls in the game is the fact that the game has a look and feel of anime. DLC releasing day and date with Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE

The upcoming Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE game will launch on June 24th for the Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo has announced that downloadable content (DLC) will be available on the same day! Developed by Atlus, the role-playing game fuses strategic, turn-based combat with over-the-top, pop-culture style. Nintendo 2DS price dropping May 20th in United States

Nintendo has announced that, on May 20th, Nintendo will lower the price of its kid-friendly portable Nintendo 2DS system by $20. The price will be reduced to a suggested retail price of $79.99 USD. This price reduction comes less than a year from the last reduction to $99.99.
