Gears of War: Judgment Will Chainsaw You In Half In 2013

Epic Games’ worst kept secret Gears of War: Judgement has been announced at Microsoft’s E3 press conference. The brief teaser trailer showed franchise regular Baird being dragged by two masked cog soldiers, presumably in chains as he was shown in the game informer cover from earlier in the week. There were also quick cuts to shots of Baird using a Lancer with a lot of red light and particle effects. Splinter Cell: Blacklist Unveiled

The unveiling of Splintercell Blacklist shows our favorite covert operative showing a strangely Solid Snake style uniform along the Iraqi border working to stop a blacklist attack. The game play appears to be a mix of the advances made in Splinter Cell: Conviction mixed in with an action movie styled cinematic execution system where you can hold enemies hostage and slow down time to pick off surrounding targets in the vicinity for clean and smooth game play. The section of the game shown was one of the early missions with Sam infiltrating an enemy base along the border of Iraq, in which

Madden & FIFA Get Kinect Support

Electronic Arts largest sports franchises Fifa Soccer and Madden NFL Football will be receiving Kinect Voice Support starting with this year’s games. During the demo at Microsoft’s press conference EA mentioned that you will be able to change offense and defensive tactics in Fifa by simply using your voice. On the Madden Front you are able to call your plays before the snap. Hall of Famer Joe Montana made several calls like “Flanker Dig” and “Streak” during the live demo. Halo 4 Campaign Demo Impressions

The world premiere of Halo 4’s campaign took place during the opening moments of the Microsoft E3 Press Conference. In the demo we learn that the UNSC Infinity, the setting for Halo 4’s multiplayer, was dragged through a portal potentially killing members of the crew. The campaign demo opens with the infinity crashing to the ground as Master Chief readies himself he must follow what is presumably a forerunner ship. Summer of Arcade 2012 Lineup Announced

Phil Spencer, VP at Microsoft announced the line up for the upcoming Summer of Arcade promotion. included in this summer arcade this year are Hybrid, Dead Light, Dust: An Elysian Tale and a game developed internally at Microsoft called Wreckatear. the Summer of arcade finishes off with the return of skating legend Tony Hawk in Tony Hawk’s Pro skater HD. We’ll have more information on each of these titles, from the show floor. Microsoft confirmed that each of these games will be playable at their booth once the doors open.

Through The fire and The Flames: The Latest Transformers Trailer

High Moon Studios new Transformers game, Fall of Cybertron, debuted a brand-new trailer for the game this morning on Spike TV. The trailer showcases a battle between Optimus Prime and Megatron, each of them using their signature weapons. The trailer shows off some great fire effects as well. As Optimus struggles to gain grown against Megatron he thrust his fist into the ground summoning a giant robot. Get Your Your Inner Rage With ZenoClash 2 Next Year

Zeno Clash II, the sequel to the popular indie game Zeno Clash, will be coming to the Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3 sometime next year. The game retains the unique first-person brawling mechanics that made the first so popular while providing a freely explorable world for players to enjoy. The player takes on the role of Ghat, as he punches his way to success. Nintendo Reveals Wii-U Controller Aimed At “Hardcore” Gamers

In it’s pre-E3 Nintendo Direct presentation this afternoon, Nintendo revealed that a more traditional controller aimed at multiplatform titles will be available when the system launches. Dubbed the Wii-U Pro Controller, it looks incredibly similar to an Xbox 360 controller, only with some tweaks to button placement. Something worth noting is that this controller (along with all other Wii-U controllers) will support control stick clicking — a first for Nintendo consoles.

E3 is almost upon us and like all seasoned gamers we’re excited to see what the big three have in store. We’ve assembled a panel of editors and got their thoughts on what would make this E3 special.  Of course opinions vary as to what each of these companies need to do in order to steal the show. GTA V To Be Featured At E3? Released In 2012?

Rockstar Game’s Grand Theft Auto V could have a huge showing at this year’s E3. While the game is currently not known to appear at any particular press conference, rumblings around the Internet suggest that the game could have a huge reveal next week alongside a 2012 release date. One analysis says that the game will be released on October 23rd 2012. Leaked Halo 4 Footage Showcases New Grenade Launcher

We know for sure that Halo 4 will be going shown on Monday morning at Microsoft’s E3 press conference. We also know that there is a private internal  private multiplayer beta going on within the depths of MS. It looks like more footage from the internal beta has leaked onto YouTube. SEGA Reveals JSR HD’s Soundtrack

SEGA has revealed the final soundtrack for this summer’s re-release of the vibrant graffiti game, Jet Set Radio. The original was known not only for its colorful pallet and use of cell shading but also its use of upbeat J-POP and electronica. Are you ready to grind rails and tag walls all while avoiding the cops? Not all of the music from the original has made it into the re-release but this new version of JSF does contain music from SEGA’s own Hideki Naganuma and Guitar Vader. Z.O.E HD Collection Will Make Mech Fans Very Happy

During their E3 press conference Konami showcased a small segments sorrounding the upcoming Zone of the Enders HD Collection. Combining ports of the first two Zone of the Enders games, originally realsed on the PlayStation 2, Z.O.E HD hopes to introduce a new set of Mech Fans to Kojima’s action packed mech universe. The segment was rather short but did touch up on a few key points sorrounding this HD upgrade. THQ Promises To ‘Turn Up The Attitude’ In WWE 13

Did a 1990s nostalgia movement begin without someone alerting me? THQ is looking to recapture the excitement of the WWE Attitude era from the late 90s – early 00s with the release of WWE ’13 this fall for the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3.
