Mugen Souls Is Shipping Out To Retailers

It seems like there may have been a slow down with Canadian orders since both EBGames.ca and Amazon.ca still list Mugen Souls as unavailable or on pre-order, but the latest NIS game is finding its way into the hands of gamers! We’ve heard news of a production issue that slowed down the process but thankfully it looks like everything is cleared up now. Sega Purchases Index Corp, Owners of Atlus, For $141M

Index Corp, the troubled owner of third party publisher Atlus, has agreed to sell off their stake in the popular company to SEGA for the equivalent of $141 million dollars. Should everything go well the newly formed Sega Dream Corporation will take ownership of Index’s intellectual property and business operations no later than November 1st. This acquisition gives SEGA an ever-growing portfolio of long standing game franchises that will surely fit well alongside Sonic, Jet Set Radio and other classics. Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory | Review

Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory is the third in the series but was story friendly enough for me to be able to dive in and enjoy the game, even with it being my first adventure in this universe. The game feels like a hybrid between a visual novel and a JRPG. Not in the sense that you’re trying to date anyone, but more so the fact that there is just so much character interaction involved in the game; you do feel like you’re watching a visual novel, rather than playing a typical JRPG.
