It appears to be all but confirmed as the Australian classifications board has listed the video game tie-in to Guillermo del Toro’s upcoming blockbuster film. It looks like Warner Brothers Interactive will be publishing the game and Yukes will be developing it. Yukes is the team behind WWE ’13 and Real Steel so they do have experience with fighting games – as this appears what the Pacific Rim game will focus around. Some screenshots have been leaked as well, which you can see after the jump.

Again, this hasn’t been completely confirmed but all signs are pointing to a XBLA release. We’ll update you more when the game is officially revealed.
